Mr. Blum has extensive experience in successfully executing public offerings, private placements, and SPACS. He has also played an integral role with many public and private companies in the facilitation of their sale or restructuring. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann, he served as President at Bear Ridge Capital, LLC. He was previously a Senior Managing Director/Head of Investment Banking at GBI Capital, Managing Director at Rodman & Renshaw Inc., and the Head of the Energy, M&A and Restructuring Groups at Mabon Securities Corp. Mr. Blum holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
