Introduction to EMMA: Created by the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB), this site introduces investors to Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA) system, a centralized online database operated by the MSRB that provides free public access to real-time trade data, disclosure, and other information about municipal bonds.  In the EMMA Education Center, useful information can be found on tax-exempt bonds and notes, taxable munis, 529 college savings plans, and a full constellation of municipal securities.
