Samir Hussein

Samir has over twenty years of TMT investment banking experience advising management teams and boards of directors on capital raising and M&A transactions. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann, Samir was Co-Head of the Technology corporate finance practice at Duff & Phelps, a Managing Director in the TMT investment banking groups at Oppenheimer, JMP Securities and Deutsche Bank, and a Vice President at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America. Samir earned a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University.
