Floris van Dijkum

Floris van Dijkum is responsible for equity research coverage of REITs at Ladenburg Thalmann. He has 35 years of experience directly involved in real estate industry, as investor, banker, and analyst. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann, he was senior REIT analyst at Compass Point. Floris also worked at BlackRock where he was Head of Strategy for the Real Estate Group and helped to set up the Global REIT business. He previously twelve years in Europe where he worked as a banker at NIBC Capital and Lehman Brothers as well as lead European REIT analyst at Morgan Stanley. Floris started his career at LaSalle Partners. He holds a BA from the University of Virginia.
