Caroline Palomeque

Caroline Palomeque is a Managing Director in Equity Research covering the Biotechnology sector focusing on therapeutic areas such as neuroscience, gene therapy and rare disease. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann in May 2026, Ms. Palomeque was a Senior Equity Research Analyst at Berenberg Capital Markets. In previous roles she covered biotechnology at Maxim Group and WallachBeth and was a member of the biotech teams at Oppenheimer, JMP Securities and Goldman Sachs.

Prior to Wall Street, she worked at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York where she co-authored biomarker in molecular epidemiology research as well as neurotoxin research that was published in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Ms. Palomeque holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham Graduate School of Business and a BS in Neuroscience from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
