Ms. Poznak is based in Ladenburg's New York City office and reports to Carly Maher, Senior Vice President, Products and Services Management.

Prior to joining Ladenburg, Ms. Poznak was a Vice President, Partner Relations at AIG Advisor Group, where she was part of the strategic relationship team that oversaw the development and execution of business strategy for strategic partner firms and wealth management strategists. During her tenure, she led AIG Advisor Group's Investment Advisory Third Party Money Managers Department into an enterprise-focused unit and increased strategic partner visibility across a network of 6,500 independent financial advisors.
